30 years ago I was an accountant working in London. After I gave birth to my daughter I suffered from mastitis. My inquisitive mind led me to training as a breastfeeding counsellor. This I continued to practise for 10 years.
After my son was born 18 months later life took another turn. Paul quickly showed signs of eczema and I went on an exploration to find ways to help him. This led me down the road of natural health. Natural healing therapies were few and far between in those days and I had to travel a long way to my 'local' homeopath.
I wanted to understand what was happening to Paul so decided to study both reflexology and homeopathy at the same time! This was followed by acupuncture and massage, again at the same time. After I started practising these therapies I wanted to add further to my knowledge and trained in kinesiology, ortho-bionomy, reiki and Indian head massage.
I was fortunate to train in a centre which believed in a multi-therapy approach to health. This is what I still believe in.

I never did go back to accountancy. For the last 34 years I have brought together all these modalities at the Multi-Therapy Centre so that I can offer a healing programme that is individual to your needs and preferences. You can choose from a variety of therapies at the Multi-therapy Centre.

I am an experienced Teacher and Practitioner, qualifying as a Reflexologist in 1985 with the International Institute of Reflexology.

I was a Tutor for Reflexology with the Association of Reflexologists for 25 years. I also run work shops in Kinesiology, Indian Head Massage, Ortho-bionomy, Massage and Reiki

I further qualified in Homeopathy, Acupuncture and Massage with the Association of Natural Medicine and in Kinesiology with the Association of Systematic Kinesiologists in 1992.

I have also studied Bach Flower Remedies, Clinical Nutrition, and Counselling and have completed courses of instruction in Ortho-bionomy, the Metamorphic technique, Indian head massage and am a Reiki Master.

Over the course of the 35 years I was drawn to different therapies for different reasons. I seemed to have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge about the various natural therapies on offer. To start with there were few to choose from and these could be difficult to access. With the passing of the years the range of therapies seems to have grown and accessibility has definitely improved. I was guided by my clients and family to study a variety of therapies in order to provide the best treatments.
